Volunteers who come to Asha Gram will get to work with people with severe to profound challenges.

All the children at Asha Gram or Asha Bhavan are intellectually disabled and we welcome only those who are fully willing to serve these children. Volunteers must be very understanding , compassionate, caring.

Preference will be given to special educators, therapists, technicians, and professionally qualified social workers.

Graduates may also apply, if their intention is genuinely service oriented.

Volunteers can be accommodated in our guest quarters, depending upon availability. We will provide food. At the end of the pre agreed upon volunteering time period, we will issue a work experience certificate.
